Right after you make a stealth kill, you're vulnerable to counter attacks as you chomp on your victim. Carrying your food into tall grass has the same effect, but is even safer. This works for both grazers and predators. Not only do you eat faster, you're less likely to get spotted while doing so. Always crouch into stealth mode (hold L2) while eating. Carrying food (hold circle instead of tapping it to eat) can be useful in two ways: You can drop it as a distraction, and of course you can eat it yourself, if you don't wait too long to eat.
The water there will always be polluted, but the animals and plants you can find are safe (unless you just chased them down from above.) You can survive and mate there for a few generations, at least until things get better up above. Around year 40, it's in your best interest to head for the sewers. Just make sure you don't mate before then, since mating resets all your marked territories. If you see a challenge that requires you to mark a certain territory, you can sometimes mark it in advance, and just wait for the timer to advance. For what it's worth, having a bright light on your forehead does not make you easier to spot. Just be sure to take it off during the day, so it doesn't get damaged needlessly. In this case, it greatly expands your viewing range at night, and makes it easier to avoid getting ambushed. Don't underestimate the usefulness of items like the Headlamp. Large animals (too large for the Sewers) can be tough to survive with, because they can't run for the sewers when nearly everywhere get polluted. Use animals with better starting stats, grind some generations with those, and then go for your 100 year runs. Stats have a hard cap, so don't grind for too many generations with the starters either.unless you really adore grinding. It's possible, but it's also unlikely you'll succeed without a lot of grinding and/or good items. Don't try for a 100 year run with the starting animals. Its fun roaming around tokyo but you will mostly die at times because you have low hunger and there is no food in the district your in an walking is quite slow (trust me). Well what matters is the game-play, is it good?

The graphics are nothing to write home about, but thi also being a fact that its a ps3 game and not a pc game, graphics don't really matter. Now I have had immense fun with this game.
All crazy animals are found in this game from cats to velocerators, to beagals to a scared office worker. You can unlock different animals through unlocks in the game and different events, and from the playstation store. ( I recommend the pamaranian as it eats meat while the deer does not.) Now you start the game with a Pamaranian and a deer. Lets say a low level female mates with you and you get two babies instead of a high level female which gives you 4. And you can mate with different females depending on your strenght, and different females will give you different numbers of offspring. You can eat to build up strength and not die. This is where the game begins, you play as animals and you have to survive through the years and generations. All you know is that there are no humans left. Something has happened, you dont know what.
